 Soul Street Dance Co

September 23  7:30                                                                                                                                      With “The Art of Hip Hop”, take a fun, funky, fresh journey with Soul Street as they take you through the dynamic world of Hip-hop—from BBoying, Popping, DJ-ing, Beat-Boxing and more!  With original poetry and music, they’ll paint “Masterpieces” cleverly using the floor as a canvas and their bodies as brushes!  With DJ spinning and crowd participation, mixed with wit and humor, this is a “must -see show!”

Brighton Beach Memoirs

October 14-23

Neil Simon's semi-autobiographical comedy follows a 15-year-old boy named Eugene Jerome as he grows up in 1937 Brooklyn. He lives with his parents, his aunt, two cousins, and his brother, Stanley, whom he looks up to and admires. Eugene learns about girls, family, relationships, and the impending war. Eugene makes many witty observations about going through the hardships of puberty, and living the life of a poor boy in a crowded house.

Blood Brothers

February   17-26                                                                 One of the most successful musicals of the last 25 years, this is the haunting tale of a woman with several children to support, who surrenders one of her newborn twins to the childless woman she cleans for.  Though the blood brothers are never told they are related and their mothers try their best to keep them apart, they meet and become best friends and eventually fall in love with the same woman.  The touching story of unconditional and instinctive brotherly love is tarnished forever by tragedy.  “Exhilarating!  This show is not to be missed!”

6 Guitars                                                                     March 24   7:30

This is a pitch perfect blend of music, comedy, and characters.  Chase Padgett delivers a virtuosic performance as he becomes 6 different guitar players each with their own distinct voice, views, and musical style (Blues, Jazz, Rock, Classical, Folk, and Country).  During this 85- minute show, each of the characters ranging from a 19-year-old rock prodigy to an 87-year-old blues man shares their journey with music from discovery to mastery through songs and stories that leaves every audience laughing, crying and falling in love with music all over again.

On Golden Pond                                 May 5-14                                                                                      The loons are back again on Golden Pond and so are Norman Thayer, a retired professor, and Ethel who have had a summer cottage there since early in their marriage.  This summer their daughter Chelsea, whom they haven’t seen for years, feels she must be there for Norman’s birthday.  She and her fiancé are on their way to Europe the next day but will be back in a couple of weeks to pick up the fiancé’s son.  When she returns Chelsea is married and her stepson has the relationship with her father that she always wanted.  Will father and daughter be able to communicate at last?
